Listen, I know there are a lot of great entrepreneurial blogs out there, but I think there is still room for an entrepreneur blog that offers a refreshing perspective from someone who has taken a company from raw idea to success.

You’ll think about customer service differently when you read Why I Answer Customer Service Phone Calls, and you will enjoy your next vacation a heck of a lot more after reading Why You Should NOT Work on Vacation. Have lawyer friends? Then send them Why NDAs are Stupid (Mostly) and enjoy their frenzied response.

Whether you work at a big company or a small one, I think you’ll find my perspective to be a breathe of fresh air. You won’t always agree with what I say, but I promise I won’t sugar-coat anything and it will be thought-provoking. I’m excited to share my thoughts and hear yours.
